Description
Buff Bones® & Joint Health
Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. It leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. It is even safe for those with osteoporosis.
The work shop will include: information about bone and joint health, discussions and a movement ‘class’. You will leave with a creative and safe movement sequence to improve your bone and joint health, posture.
The cost of the workshop includes drinks and snacks after exercises (including healthy options).
